Lady Gaga's Born This Way Single Cover

This is the cover for Lady Gaga's new single Born This Way. I believe it was shot by Nick Knight. What struck me the most about this image is not her augmented face (this was done at Alexander McQueen's spring 2010 show). What's interesting to me is that she's not wearing any clothes. Of all the current pop stars Lady Gaga is a high fashion clothes horse so to see her wearing nothing is interesting to me because this is still a striking image. She isn't relying on Noritaka Tatehana hooves or spun sugar Armani dresses to jack up her persona.
